Catered dinner for eight: Cooked using organic produce from Lowerland farm in Prieska, organically farmed according to the principles of regenerative agriculture. The farm’s owner, Bertie Coetzee, has an almost evangelical commitment to farming in harmony with the soil. The farm produces wine, beef, lamb, goat, pork, pecan nuts, some vegetables and a variety of grains. The flavour and quality of each these is a direct consequence of the farming methods employed.

Since starting in Andrea Foulkes’ home kitchen during the course of 2002, Dish has cooked for some of South Africa’s best-known corporates, as well as many of Cape Town’s leading lights. From large events, to catered home dinners or fairy tale weddings, they apply the same passion for food and attention to detail. As a result of lockdown regulations stopping events, Dish added home deliveries of cooked family meals, which has now become an integral part of the business.

Lowerland wines are included. The date of the dinner will be mutually agreed with the purchaser. Produce used for the menu is season-dependent.

This experience can only be delivered in the greater Cape Town area (including Stellenbosch and Somerset West).
