Cape Epic 2022: signed Women’s jersey

At the 2022 Absa Cape Epic, the NinetyOne-Songo-Specialized team of Haley Batten and Sofia Gomez Villafane continued the dominance of Specialized women’s teams on the event. They also blew us away with their generosity in donating to Songo all their prize money for stage wins. This amount was then matched by CM.com, the sponsors of the Women’s category.

Haley and Sofia delighted in sharing the presentation stage with groups of Songo children. It was a treat and a privilege to have spent time with them during the course of the event. For us, this jersey records not just their victory, but also a special kind of warmth, care and generosity.
