Cape Epic 2021: signed Men’s jersey

Competing as a team for the first time, 2021 SA Marathon Champion Matt Beers and 2020 XC World Champion Jordan Sarrou grabbed hold of the leaders’ jersey on the Prologue, and defended it against strong attacks from multiple teams over the course of the next seven days.

Beers became the first South African winner of the Absa Cape Epic since Burry Stander, while Sarrou is the first French winner.
