I wanted to get across the vast difference in lifestyles within the Stellenbosch region. When I went into Kayamandi for the first time I was blown away with how little the people have compared to me and despite this, they are still so happy. Stellenbosch is a stunning town, with brilliant infrastruture and wealth…10 minutes outside of this you have Kayamandi, a place were there are no services and people live in poverty and terrible conditions. Kayamandi’s people have so much potential, talent and passion but the people do not have the same opportunities. Songo.info hopes to create opportunity through the building of this BMX track
