I asked Amanda to write a little for the website:

” I am from Dragons Sports and we import Giant Bicycles so we are involved in the bicycle business and have been involved in the kids bicycles that were given away during the Cape Epic last year.

I am very pleased that there is a charity initiative to give kids the opportunity to get into cycling as one hears so often about the township kids that have no opportunity to get involved in sports as there is no school sport and limited facilities in their areas. If this BMX track can be a success that can only lead to more motivation for the kids in the area and hopefully spread from there.

It will be great to get feedback on this project and what happens with it and thanks to your organisation for arranging this”.
